Recipe: Salted Caramel Smoothie

Salted Caramel Thick Shake 

Serves: 1



100g ice

1 tbsp cashew butter

1/2 banana

10g dates

1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

400ml coconut milk (or 200ml coconut water, 200ml coconut milk)



Add all the ingredients into a blender, secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
