Our small reception team is made up of the practice manager and one chiropractic assistant. We are looking for you to relieve the practice manager’s workload by working one shift a week on a Wednesday afternoon or Friday morning, on a regular basis. You would also be flexible to cover sick leave and annual leave for the other team members during practice hours as required.

The position involves administrative tasks (answering phone calls, filing, etc.), patient contact and building relationships. You would ideally have experience in reception or customer service, pay attention to detail, have excellent organisational skills and be competent in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software. Attached is a detailed job description.

You would have a passion for health and wellbeing and we would encourage and support you as you learn about chiropractic and its amazing benefits. You would also need to be willing to become a patient of the practice. Being a chiropractic patient and being able to speak from your personal experience of chiropractic care and its results is of great support and comfort to our patients.
